Do
You Know How to Breathe?
The breath
of life means exactly what it says. To breathe is to live. Not to breathe
is to die. A human being can exist without food for weeks . . . without
water for days . . . but without air he cannot exist for even a few minutes!

fact is so obvious and breathing is so automatic that most people simply
take it for granted. But do you really know how to breathe? Stop and think

- from teenagers to oldsters - crowding doctors' offices, clinics, sanitariums,
hospitals and convalescent homes.
